The Asian diaspora is home to spicy food, so it was only fitting our annual James Beard House dinner was a salute to spice. LA-based Chef Sang Yoon (Father’s Office, Lukshon), Hooni Kim (Danji, Hanjan), and Chef Pichet Ong created a spicy Asian dinner featuring dishes from from Korea to China.
