This one-night-only, exclusive dinner featured a collaborative dinner from legendary Chefs Daniel Boulud (Daniel) and Susur Lee (Lee, Top Chef Masters). Guests were fêted by a luxurious and interpretive dinner featuring 8 auspicious amuse-bouches and courses using a combination of both French and Chinese techniques and flavors.
