James Beard House

Our annual James Beard House dinner celebrated Macau, the entertainment capital of its region and home to some of Asia’s finest dining. Prepared by visiting star guest chefs David Wong and Tong Ion Keong from the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) in Macau, guests enjoyed traditional Macanese cuisine with its blend of influences from Southeast Asia and Portugal.
