For the first time in Chicago, join LUCKYRICE as we partner with Richard Melman's family-owned restaurant group Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE). On Thursday, October 18th we invite you to a unique off-menu dining experience at Ramen-San Fulton Market, featuring husband and wife duo, Chef Doug Psaltis and Chef Hsing Chen, who met whilst working at French Laundry in Yountville in 2004.

The Ramen-san x LUCKYRICE dinner will represent the family's interpretation of a traditional dynasty dinner which will re-enact some favorite dishes that were learned from cooking side by side with Chef Hsing's mother, who was born in Guangzhou, and raised in the birthplace of the original foodie: Hong Kong.

The dinner will begin with a welcoming cocktail reception with LUCKYRICE founder and LUCKY CHOW host, Danielle Chang. Guests will then be invited to enjoy a multi-course meal, just like mama would make it.
